Mild to moderate exercise, such as yoga, brisk Walking, swimming, or cycling, is recommended for cardiovascular health, especially after LDL and TG levels have been reduced by medication. If high cholesterol is diagnosed, exercise is avoided initially, and cholesterol levels are reduced first. After one week, mild exercise is slowly initiated, progressing gradually to moderate exercise. Overexertion is avoided
4. Stress Management:
Chronic stress is recognized as a significant contributor to heart problems. Stress management is emphasized in Dr. Praveena’s Ayurvedic treatment through practices like meditation specially designed by her. This specially designed meditation music is
listened to by the patient at night before sleeping for eight hours, and drastic changes in behavior patterns have been observed. A regular sleep schedule and a calming bedtime routine are also followed.
5. Herbs and Supplements:
A rasayana called Hridayeswari, considered a heart tonic, to improve heart EF has been formulated by Dr. Praveena. By this heart muscle is strengthened, circulation is improved, blood pressure is regulated, stress is managed, and positive effects on
cholesterol levels are observed. Healthy cholesterol levels are supported, , and inflammation is reduced by its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

#Oil Massage:
Daily self-massage with warm sesame oil is performed to improve circulation and promote relaxation.
# Nasal Administration of Oil:
Ksheerabala one drop is administered through the nostrils to strengthen the nervous system and avoid dust allergies ?
#Applying Thriphala Oil on the Head:
This relaxing therapy is employed to help reduce stress and improve sleep.
7. Integrative Approach:

Cholesterol is reduced by allopathic medicine, the body become stronger and blood vessels are made more pliable, aging is reduced, and collateral circulation is developed (as is done in bypass surgery in allopathy) by her Ayurvedic medicine. Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (LVH), formed by high cholesterol and overexertion, can be reversed by Dr.Praveena’s Ayurvedic treatment, a feat not achievable by allopathic medicine, or angioplasty(PTCA), or CABG (bypass surgery)
